none of the PC vendors were there (showing PC's, at least).
Without getting mad at me, can you document any 820/840 chipset motherboard designs that use flip chip microprocessor socket, Socket 370. All current RDRAM enabled designs are using Slot 1 microporcessor sockets which are being phased out by Intel fairly rapidly this quarter.

Looking for any reason to believe RDRAM story is improving beyond Intel's undying verbal support.

Dave,

Did you expect a sales person at the show to tell you: "We screwed up by picking Rambus"? The same guy was probably selling polyester pants few years ago, and singing praises to polyester.
