My guess is that the 64bit edition will in fact be based on the DataCenter edition.

That's what I like to hear, guesses!

Please don't use the data publicly available, don't dare ask the guys with the super secret beta that it will be launched this summer. Isn't summer about a month away, of course being Microsoft software, summer could mean up to the last day so I'd have to hedge with in the next four months and they'd fulfill their statement of "this summer".
