It's clear that shares of common stock are, in fact, the primary product that this company sells ... or barters, as you can see from this excerpt:

"Subsequent to January 31, 2000, the Company has issued additional shares and warrants to purchase common stock to various parties as payment for services rendered. The Company intends to continue this practice."
