Hey Howard, Greg's here! <gg> TG, welcome back! I'm just using a little reasoning. They announced April 14th as the closing date for the FB deal. I assumed that was some kind of deadline. I then gathered that the "delay" was partly because RTIN wanted to get their management team in place before they closed and took over operations. Like they got a 30 day extension. But I'm just guessing. :o) I also heard that Island wasn't ready to close the deal, that they were caught off guard. But who knows for sure? KZAP
