Yes. This rally will not hold.

The question is when. From the looks of today's daily chart action, we may be in for a reprieve:

But by looking at the weekly chart, that downward channel that has been forming over the past couple of weeks indicates we could yet see that 2,800 level again.

On the positive side, we did put in a minor "hammer" today on the candlesticks and the past history of the Nasdaq seems to reflect that any kind of hammer generally gives us a rally. But the moderate volume isn't convincing in my
opinion. So tomorrow's action should be very telling as to whether this may be the bottom.

As for GNET, Russell needs to start convincing the street that GNET is at least a second tier stock worthy of support from institutional investors. When the rally occurs, it will be in the 1st and 2nd tier stocks for the most part, a very narrow leadership rally. And since GNET isn't even on most brokers radar screens at the moment, I can't even say we qualify as a 3rd tier stock.
