re: ROIL & a ? on PKD Wallace; does ROIL still have that major litigation with Phillips (?) still hanging over it ? That is perhaps why it's not being bid up to its fair value imo. Great company otherwise - maybe the Phillips litigation has been settled - anyone know ? Bullsky/Big Dog; I havent really done my "DD" on PKD yet - they don't have any "working interest" in any of these Caspian Sea projects do they (like FLC does with their subsid) ? - they're just doing the drilling - correct ? ... and if so; how many Rigs do they have in that area ? Do they really have any "extroidinary" upside other than normal dayrate appreciation and perhaps a bit of a harsh environment premium - similar to the outperformance dayrate-wise that the premium deeperwater Jack Ups like the Gorilla class Rigs get in the GOM ? - just what is the driver for the caspian being such a dramatic catalyst for PKD ? thanks.
