He tends to sell some each quarter, just to diversify R.E. You are right. I sold out because Michael Byrd has just sold two 50K blocks recently after earnings. insidertrader.com I have seen BGEN, ATHM, CYSP, AOL all recently drop 30%-50% when several insiders seem to sell at once. I've read the reports showing that they are often poor timers of their sales. In the long run the stocks have no adverse effect from insider selling. This is good reading, but just doesn't collerate to my experiences. I'll wait 30 days to re-evaluate buying back in. Good luck. Jack
