Heeren, you are a welcome addition to this thread for the llucidity with which you explain these technical matters. Some days ago a guy posted in effect, hey, just redisgn your old legacy aps for the web--breakthrough idea! You don't need the CTXS bandaid, you just go to the Web and get your stuff for free from any computer (after teh redesign of the old software, spreadsheet,etc.)
This worried some who thought CTXS could become obsolete overnight if companies got into the habit of doing this.
I take it you think there are "barriers to entry" as it were in this re-designilng for the web and then get it free approach.
