BGR, you cannot dismiss the impact of hedonic pricing and chain weighted GDP. To the best of my knowledge no other major industrial country uses hedonic pricing and chain weighted GDP. The impact of this change has been huge perhaps 50% of reported growth has come from this statistical adjustment ( As Clinton would say it depends on what you mean by growth) BGR surely you must agree that in order to make a valid comparison of GDP growth and productivity that the same metrics must be used in order to withstand the scrutiny of peer review! My peers have reviewed the economic stats coming from the Clinton administration and have concluded that the numbers like the man are full of lies and distortions. Furthermore the left wing skunks in the media are all to willing to aid and abet slick in promoting the Clinton economic mirage. what is so ironic is that the republican party has always been vilified as being for the rich at the expense of the poor yet the greatest transfer of wealth has occurred under slick's administration . The insiders have traded their overpriced stock for the retirement savings of the American public on a scale never seen before. ho ho ho mike
