Right Roger.. After looking through charts, scans, fundamentals even valuations there are some real bargains out there. You can see by the stochastic values of some of tomorrow's watch list stocks (17, 7, 14, 6 etc) yet these were the high flyers with swelling stochastics just 6 or 7 weeks ago. The same is true for other watch lists stocks from other May Watch List contenders.

Stocks on these lists were swelling in 'overbought' territory and slowly the 'money flow' (accumulation/distribution) indicators were flashing 'warning' signs and money was no longer flowing into these stocks. They were our past 'high flyers' and to see them cut in half and even less it is really attractive.

We didn't exactly throw out the baby with the bath water, it was more like our 'baby' was getting vastly overweight and need a really good diet regime to get its shape back.

Lately we do see the 'baby', who after a serious weight loss program, has shed its fat and yet is still shunned to some extent (here's where the baby and bath water metaphor belongs). Since the fundamentals have remained the same for the most part, (except those that 'warned'), and they are still leading their sectors, there is no reason NOT to expect another 'debut' and coming out party for this group after its 'makeover'. When will be the time? Could take a week or two or more but when AMCC moves 14% in one session, for example, there is interest out there.

The only thing we have to do is make sure when they get fat again we just 'exchange' them for svelte and shaplier 'stocks'..
