I would have to agree...most ALL of NY is 100% better than when I left just a short 3 years ago, but having done most of my growing up there and having rode the subway more times than I care to remember...however, revisiting every couple months, I know that while the grafitti has been cleaned up, the "rats" remain...me, I've grown a liking to car service...pennies more than a taxi, and just a hair away from having a private driver.
