Hmm...

For me:

To highlight all the cookies, I select the top one and hold down the shift buttton and select the bottom one and all in between are highlighted.

When I hit delete, I then get a confirmation box asking if I want to this cookie, for each and every one.

This is only in the Windows\TempInetFile\ folder. The regular cookie folder deletes all files at once.

The trick is to not let the nasty little buggers on your puter. My cookie pal chews 'em up and spits 'em out...munch, munch, munch!!!

Cookie Pal is a complete Internet cookie management system for Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0. Cookie Pal works with your web browser to give you complete control over the cookies which are accepted by and stored on your system. - kburra.com

BTW, looks like my new game rig should be done next weekend. I got one of Intel's new P3-600E's which overclock to 900Mhz+...drool =)
