Steven, Hi!! RE: I believe it. Wasn't that one of Michael's original visions, to take advantage of the efficiencies of the direct model by showering the customer with excellent service. That's why once you're a customer...you're one for life. (Hey, I think we just made a commercial). <g> Hey, it's true...Folks have told me to "think of all the upgrades along the way" and to keep that in mind along with what Michael has predicted for PC growth..."THE WORLD IS GOING DIRECT"...It's an old quote...but, think about it...as long as that service is king who you gonna run to?
