Management is the scarce resource at this moment and I find it very reassuring that they don't hit the road everytime. They should be with their people. Understanding the daily problems of programming and hosting. Guide and motivate young employees. A conference costs at least five days of preparations and attendence. That is 2% of the time of one of our executives. Target and focus. That is the way to become number one. I hope they have a meeting every month for new employees with Russ present. That is the top priority. And with a small staff, you can't do all. Tahoe, I'm not against you, the contrary. I'm seeing red as well in my portfolio. I bought at 85 a year ago. Following this company for more than a year however, made me feel confident that it's OK. I have started using their services and they are good. They are pro-active. The new SI is VERY GOOD. I send them a mail about a problem on the go2net site and they responded quickly. I am an underdog type of guy. For the same reason I went to Chile on my own initiative. Not as an expat. I want Chile to win. I want GNET to win. I will support them and critize them until we are number one.
