Hi tg - Don't know much about ALA, not the present incarnation anyway, but my hunch is that ALA will merge with NT before it will do so with CSCO, not that it need to merge, since it is on the buying spree itself. Btw, it acquires someone out in the Washington state area who is unimpressed with its corporate attitude. Hard to say true or not, since it is a one sided story. But I certainly think buying NN could be its undoing
