I've seen some of this strangeness as well. Coordinated blasts of ISLD bids/offers, clearly computer controlled. If some desk really wanted to test the waters, I would think a single bid on INCA or ISLD would be enough. Doesn't that cover just about every execution platform, without bothering with ARCA BTRD and REDI? Also, if you post a bid and cancel fast enough, is the bid really hitable? Since there is a lag in L2 display, it may appear there, but actually be killed by the time you see it. Just a thought.
