If we see an increase in growth rate into the mid to high 40s I would say DELL would go higher then 60, and be back to making new highs. Sometime in the fall would be perfect timing for them. The first hurdle will be 51, if DELL makes it past that and MR. Market is feeling better then 60's should happen. Now that they appear to have turned it around and spread out the revenue generating areas of the company and have grown into the PE, like I said the needed to do, I feel that DELL should be able to shed the laggard label, only if Mr. Market turns it around that is.
