Charles, is it possible for Microsoft to do anything positive in your eyes? If not, or if you can only think of a clever retort, you might want to consider reducing your bias a bit. Microsoft developers are, in general, excellent relative to the industry. I've worked with the best from Sun, IBM, Intel, and other companies, and I've found a mixture of talent at every firm. To directly respond, we did not find that Microsoft app developers were particularly egregious relative to others. Mike
