And this is one reason why our judicial system is a sad joke. We should have a three judge panel system to decide any matters of importance, with one from the left, one from the right, and one from the "middle of the road" or an independent party.
The fact that the right or left can stack the system in their favor just because they hold power for a long period of time, is completely absurd, and laughs in the face of justice. Yogi
