I got a PM from Jan last night suggesting many people are upset with DWA and she wanted to have an open forum for discussion to find out where the problems lie and what we can do to fix them. I do know our mail E and PM run 9to 1 positive but I sure do want to know where problmes lie and how to fix them. I think we provide one hell of a product for the price but it can always be better. The last e-mail we sent out to our Individual customers generated some E-mail which made us realize we were missing some of the puzzle for the individual product so we added those components. Many people think that everything must be perfect and that can never be the case, as in the extreme volatility of the NASDAQ BP's but the market will do what it will do and there is nothing we can do about it. Our switch to NYSE and away from NASDAQ was the right move but the individual clients did not get the benefit of our discussion of why not to go NASDAQ on the last reversal up although the discussion in the MAY 4 issue of From the Analyst went a long way in outlining the risks of trying to play the NASDAQ
for bottom fishing. Be that as it may I am happy to have an open forum to discuss the positives and the negatives of DWA and our service. I'm sure Jan will contact you when she can set this up. I havent' heard anyone discuss the new international markets we have put up as a new positive. Oh well I am happy to air it all out. Tom
