Hi,

"As for equipment orders, it sounds like you are getting your information from MU. Why do you think MU knows what equipment Samsung and others have on order and when they ordered it? Samsung has been planning Line 10 for quite some time"

My personal approach is to use company guidance, so I am guilty as charged. In 15 years and probably a thousand decision, I have been burned 3x, so it has made sense. But let me add that I have followed equipment orders in this particular situation and agree that the capacity to produce isn't there. It's just my opinion. Of course if demand slows much, the party is over before it begins

As far as Bernard's selling stock and the institutions, I know some folks who sold 3 months ago and are buying back now, since the market has turned on a dime. We could be wrong again.

It's not that the market is anticipating just a great q, but that the possibility has increased recently that MU will have operating earnings of 3.00 + within two years, or hit that pace.

It's not my favorite stock at all, but I do think it is important to tell that the company IS wildly bullish now. Tracking dram prices the next 3 months will be wise.
