I'd say nothing short of revolutionary.
They think collecting sales tax will be tough...the internet will make it hard to collect money in traditional ways.
A few years back some people were declaring themselves "citizens of the internent" rather than any country. The tax implications are obvious.
The internet really allows you to live and work from anywhere.
I see many governmental controls and being rewritten or plain uninforceable.
