Tom, it's also true that human nature causes people to never be satisfied with what they have, but always to want even more and I am no exception. So give us more and then some!

As for the service DWA provides, I have 2 major complaints: first, whenever a problem occurs, DWA responds too damn fast and second, when a DWA client asks you to provide a new or improved product for the same price, you do it for crying out loud! So please, keep up with the lousy service.

AVP, do you mean Avon? Chart does look good.
The key here is not to get in a position that we are trying to get back lost profits.
