I already said that - Kholt didn't quote everything that I said. You cannot take good title from a thief- but that doesn't necessarily mean that person "A" didn't have a right (irrespective of the legal machinations) to the vase. After all A bought it. The law merely makes a choice between two people who both have a claim or "right" to one piece of property- that was my point. That the law makes such choices all the time.
