1. So you are saying all this talk about Castro "owning" children is untrue?

The mother divorced the father. She had custody.

2. The mother kidnapped Elian, I don't think youll be able to verify that she had "custody".

3. Her intent was to get some action from her boyfriend, not achieve "freedom"

4. She didn't like those Miami relatives. Who could?

this guy is starting to sound like the Holocaust deniers. Just as they dismiss the testimony of the death camp survivors, the camp guards, the liberators, etc, the statements of the father, the INS people who interviewed him, the Cuban neighbors, his in-laws, even some of the Miami relatives etc....all dismissed by e-bill. He KNOWS, by golly.
