Yes, NT and a few others. They were "grandfathered" in. They have a policy of not adding foreign companies anymore since they have global S and P indices--as they do with the S and P 60 in Canada. In case you were asking---is JDSU a Canadian company? Not anymore as the controlling interest rests in the US after the Uniphase and JDS merger.
