called the company today but mr. runyon was not in...did speak to dick steves......he informs that the company filing is still being worked on...longest part is the audit....last audit the company did was in 1997...did not have the cash to do one in 1998 or 1999....they must do all 3 years prior to filing....mr. steves anticipates another 2-3 months before the forms are completed.... asked about Ateba...he said agreement has been signed and they were proceeding but that i would have to talk with dale runyon on this as it was his project.... rfb
