As I have said there is too much supply around. If the producers will not sell forward, the bankers will find someone else to disperse the above ground hoards of gold. In the meantime, barrick declares a widening deficit. Sounds like they are laying the ground work to sell forward some of their increased reserves.
The tactics are wonderful, provide jewelers with the cheapest of cheap financing that they cannot resist, flood the market with more leased gold and watch the price of gold lanquish as demand increases.
The producers do not stand a chance against those wanting the price of gold to remain low. Gata is talking about engulfing circles and other arcane roman tactics. I got news for them, the only thing that is being engulfed is their private parts, they are no match for the bankers.
