"There is the concern about the 30 million preferred shares and the company's trying to fix that problem."

There are about 5 million Preferred shares convertible to about 30 million in common shares.

If a company were really looking for someone like a Fund or Investment Banker to resolve (buy) their Preferred shares, wouldn't they keep silent and allow the shares to drop as low as possible. This would then allow their Knight to pick up most of the Preferred shares at a lower cost from disgruntled investors who purchased at higher prices an have decided to dump an cut their losses. I've seen this happen before an usually after the accumulation is complete the silence breaks an the stock starts moving up. JMO

Hi flyintigress,
I'm still waiting for MSN to do something and now I've just peeked in PLCO.

What's your overall (unbiased; is this possible?) opinion of buying, for long term, some PLCO.
