From RB board. TO ALL DISENCHANTED and FRUSTRATED INVESTORS, Believe me I share your PAIN, HOWEVER, Ask yourselves, 1. Why is there someone answering the phones when you call ECNC? 2. Why is their website updated with the new cashpad pictures? 3. Why has Mr. Wong updated his website with ECNC cashpads and statements about his arrangement with the company? 4. Why does the POWERCLICK website now operate and you can successfully navigate the site when until recently you could not? 5. Why would they have a prestigious law firm representing our and their interests? 6. Why do they have a prestigious PR firm? (Even though we are all disappointed by the lack of PR) 7. Why would they have a prestigious accounting firm? 8. Why did the SEC allow them to resume trading? 9. WHY ARE YOU HERE IF YOU DON'T OWN SHARES OR RECOGNIZE THE TRUTH AS DEMONSTRATED BY ECNC'S ACTIONS SINCE THIS NIGHTMARE BEGAN FOR THEM? Are these the kind of things a company does when they are about to close the doors? I don't think so. It is torture for us right now, but they are working very hard to make this company a BIG SUCCESS. Meanwhile we are stuck waiting for events to unfold. This is very frustrating and stressful for all of us. I believe things will happen that are very positive for the business plan. ECNC has been through a DISASTER. When this kind of thing happens to other companies many never recover and never trade again. As hard as this period is for us I don't see much choice but to put our faith in the company and their worldwide goals. There will be a 10-K(it may not be pretty, but it will reflect last years operations. the next 10-K will be a lot prettier) , there will be a CASHPAD+ there will be a flow of PR,WHEN THE LAWYERS AND ACCOUNTING FIRM SAY THE TIME IS RIGHT! Do any of you really believe a viable choice would be to bail out at these ridiculously low levels? If you do, then do it, and miss out on a HUGE SUCCESS STORY$ I plan on making a lot of money with my holdings in ECNC$. Everyone that holds on will be richly rewarded. My warmest regards to all of you.
