The Publisher, its affiliates, officers, directors, subsidiaries and agents (collectively, ?the Publisher?) of this advertisement has been compensated by the Company. Compensation includes seventy thousand shares of the Company?s stock. In addition, Publisher has the option to purchase from the Company two hundred thousand shares of the Company?s common stock as follows: fifty thousand shares at a price of five dollars and twenty-five cents per share, fifty thousand shares at a price of six dollars, fifty thousand shares at a price of seven dollars and fifty cents and fifty thousand shares at a price of eight dollars. It would upset me if I was long the stock and saw that tout sheets like this were continuing to be paid massive amounts of shares to advertise the stock. Good companies don't have to bother with crap like this, they just work hard, make money and above all are honest and up front with both the good news(we got out of a ton of goodwill for only $6mm cash) and the bad news(uh, you know those profits and sales and crap that we touted so big a while back, well seems that wasn't really how it was afterall).
