At one time we were claiming that BRCD was just as over valued when compared to ANCR. Yes the combination looks good. But as post 26878 stated will ANCR produce 80% of the profits? Former ANCR owners will have only 15% of the stock. Wouldn't the present shareholders be better off with 100% of less revenues.

In a simplistic way we would be better off with anything over 33 million. Provided that it was 100% ours.

I question if it is a good deal for the ANCR stockholders and apparently the QLGC people do also, based upon the price action of the stock.
