I had the same experience switching to win2000. No problems at all with any of my many ISPs and access arrangements. My IP came-up transparently for a sympatico DSL access.

BillyG has something pretty good with win2000. I love the way excel and the other office products start so much faster. The linux folks have some very strong competition here -- hey, this isn't good, I'm quite long on ATT-cndx....

Agree, once you use and "tweak" 2000, there's no turning back. Used them all, 95, 98 beta, 98, 98 sec edition, NT4.0 .2000 Rock stable.
