HISTORY HAS BEEN MADE!!

After a gagillion years on this miserable thread, Rod and I are finally in complete aggreement. One thing that I question, however, is taht I can not believe that no other company would have been willing to take out INPR with such a sweet deal. Here is what I suspect the problem is. The other suitors would want to dump Dale and the entire BOD. The CORL deal was the only one in which these incompetents would have been able to keep their jobs.

Rod,

You are 100% correct.
Since I sold when the merger was announced it's not my place to say what the share holders should do but I do think they should require all BOD members to own a significant number of shares and not just options that kick in when they sell you out.

Clean out the BOD and bring in management that cares about the company.
