SUNW has killed IBM for the past few years. Things are a changing... IBM hasn't had a competitive product in 4 years. Since S80's intro, it has outsold E10000 by 3 to 1. Now we have competitive products all around. In the VolanoMark (pure Java) benchmark the M80 with eight processors posted an 85 percent better performance than Sun's 65000 server with 22 processors. Ignore me if you want. Sounds like a solid investment strategy, ignore anyone that disagrees with you? chic
