That in and of itself is proof of nothing with regard to abusiveness. Nor is it a reason to take the boy away from his father. You continually cite this but it has no practical meaning in the life of this child with regard to his being oppressed or abused. His parents had always provided for him and they, now thinned to the single parent Juan, should be allowed to continue.

You'll also notice that cuban law takes great pride of ownership in its 'slaves', providing them with universal cradle-to-grave health care and freedom from random school gunfire, compulsory sectarian prayer, and endless ranting from the Killa Kommie fer Krist crowd.

You said the mother had Custody. How could you say on the one hand that the mother has custody and on the other hand say that the child is property of the State?

WHICH IS IT??? Please Explain

Every second sentence of yours is a contradiction of the one before.
