Mani, here's my vote:
San Diego: YES
Los Vegas: NO
Dresden: NO
Austin: Probably Not
Sunnyvale: Probably Yes
New York: NO, unless I happen to be there

We could also do simultaneous lunches in various cities, and use Webcams and MS Netmeeting to communicate with eachother. My house is available for that. (I have a 6' video screen)
