CIEN careful. marketgems.com CIEN I'd really be careful about shorting this winner unless you carefully track this as a short term shorty short. CIEN has had a nice trendline breakout. Looked like a bull flag breakout also has earnings expected at $0.10 verus $0.00 year ago quarter. Directional Movement Indicator breakout to upside. Very high analyst ranking. You also have the FOMC meeting as backdrop.
