I am seeing some head and shoulders bottom patterns on a number of the secondary tech stocks that have already seen major bear markets. Are you seeing the same thing?

Jeffery,

Missed that discount rate by the extra .25 but everything else is in place. The market has sent the Fed two clear messages: The market is relevant but the Fed isn't and the Fed can indeed kiss its collective ass!

Be prepared for a lot of fireworks. A FLOOD of buy recommendations start tomorrow.
