broker thought the Japan DDI news was tipped last week not a real surprise today/ last night as for analysts, they may believe QCOM will be a strong stock SOMEDAY, or NEXT YEAR, or whenever WIRELESS INTERNET takes off, but not anytime soon they could elaborate on spread spectrum any more than spread wings/gams... they couldnt elaborate on Fourier transforms of digital signals any more than GIJoe Monster transform toys that kids play with... they couldnt elaborate on general CDMA advantages over GSM any more than they could LS/MFT I have been noticing that Q4 estimated eps for QCOM has risen enough lately to yield a sub-100 PEratio versus FY2k earnings... that might take us off the radar screen for valuation targeted selling A FEW TOO MANY PUNDITS ARE ANTICIPATING A RELIEF RALLY IN THE SECOND HALF OF NEXT WEEK therefore, I believe the relief rally will not have much gusto / Jim
