The Agilent spike looks to have started at 12:36:25 with a 6200-share bid at 84 11/16--which was 11/16 above the ask. I'd assume that's within 1 minute of when the GTR came out. There was one fill of 200,000 shares at 85 1/2, but otherwise only one 5000-share lot and several 1000-lots before the price was over 90. Whoever got the 200K shares already has a paper profit of close to 2 million in less than half an hour. I don't know if those 200K shares were related, or were a delayed fill of an earlier order (seems more likely).
