Everybody has bias. If you want a judge with no opinion you will need to go to Cuba.

With your type of thinking, (I'm being generous) the end result is communism.

Until we have computer judges, that will always be the case. It is unfair, but I don't know what we can do about it--judges come to the bench with all the beliefs, values and prejudices they had before they became judges. The only way really to "smooth out" extreme opinions is to have "important" cases decided by panels of more than one judge. Now, we have the question of defining what these important cases are, and so on, and so on....
