I think people expect it to be dead money for awhile, and are pursuing other stocks. They need a fat contract announcement to get things rolling again.

Sometimes you find more on their competitors threads. Although ragingbull.com
are complaining about their stock being dead too.

I haven't followed the stock closely for awhile but I get the impression their technology isn't as energy efficient as some of their competitors. As if their technology has been leap frogged and it is hurting their ability to sell. I stand to be corrected though.
