Yep. These bonds are mostly held by institutional investors and mutual funds, not individuals who might overlook a pending call.

Additional details:

"(a) Provisionally callable from 5/16/01 to 5/14/02 should the stock equal or exceed $48.10 for 20 consecutive business days out of 30 consecutive business days; hard call protection expires on 5/15/01."
