Per a response I received from Bill, he refuses to appear on CNBC due in part and parcel to some of the issues that are raised on this thread.

Looks like Fleckenstein got downgraded ala Jim Cramer antics or simply viewed as a bit of a bore...you can, however check out the ever so exciting Cramer/Fleckstein Yahoo chat session, which was/is about as exciting as watching paint dry and is kinda like a wayword home for CNBC dropouts.

p.s. I would HIGHLY doubt that what happens on the SI boards had any affect on Fleckstein's decision to be on CNBC...as if it were he who got to decide.
