then the warrants may move up on the news, but would they approach 4 bucks? the theoretical value at an 8 dollar buy out is 4 dollars...but as the warrant goes over 3 dollars, you'll be competing with everyone else to unload them. risky maybe you get out and maybe you don't the other possinility is that you keep the warrants and decided to excersize them you would be able to buy the stock for 4 and immediately it would be worth 8. but you would have paid 5 dollars because you bought the warrant for 1. in that case you should have bought the stock for 4.
