SEC Rule 17b-- Tis worth a read. It deals with stock
promoters while dealing in the stock-if that is what you
suggest is going on. It is a criminal offence.

No, actually it seems pretty efficient. A was up due to Goldman's morning comments that A would likely be added to the Spooze. It sat in the high 80's until the Gilder piece was posted right after 12:30. You had 5 or 10 minutes to read it and act. there was 5-7 bucks in the trade if you were nimble. I've seen no evidence that his recomendations leak out befor ethe piece is posted.
