Actually, Sub, YOU called it "Bias". Bias is defined as having a slant in one direction.

I suggest to you that ideally a judge should be neutral, his opinion should NOT be slanted in either direction until he has heard the evidence.

It is obvious that either you don't understand the Principle of "neutrality of the courts", or, your mastery of the English language leaves much to be desired.

"Everybody has bias. If you want a judge with no opinion you will need to go to Cuba...."
