Frank, we were expecting this. No surprise to us at all. The fact that a "E" has been deleted changes nothing in our book. Fact is the last filing shows that the company has over one hundred eleven million dollars of good will to write off. This is real burdensome besides having to part with six million dollars in cash. Lets not forget those additional shares that were issued. Ziasun may be paying even more companies to write unbias buy reports like stockreporter and access1financial for them but they must now include the good will and the extra shares. At least ziasun does not have to pay you a fee to hype there stock. Waiting for the judgment day!!
