Some background on FAI.

I believe that the pres and company face some indictments from last year.

Apparently they inflated sales prices to customers and kept 2 sets of books.

They provided a lower sales price in its POS reports to its suppliers effectively defrauding its suppliers such as AMD.

I recall a press release or something like this last year.

It is no surprise if that report was true that AMD would terminate them.
